State of Frontline Employee Workplace Training

Frontline employees are important. They’re the face of your business. But are they getting the training they need to do their best work? We went straight to the frontline to find out.

We partnered with Ipsos, a global market research firm, for our third annual State of Frontline Employee Workplace Training report. And we found that nearly one-third of employees still don’t receive formal workplace training.

We also learned that:

• 81% of employees say training helps them feel more engaged at work
• For 76% of employees, the opportunity to complete training that prepares them for the future would make an employer more attractive
• Only 41% of employers offer future-focused training
