Scott Weersing Learning Effectiveness Lead, Truist Scott Weersing has over 12 years of experience in the evaluation and measurement of programs and interventions on workplace performance using HR and business metrics. Scott has worked to prove and improve the impact of human capital initiatives by determining what is success, and then identifying the right metrics to measure success. Scott has worked with Anthem, CVS, Texas Instruments, General Motors, Novartis, Farm Credit Canada and the United States Coast Guard to develop practices to show the impact of programs and drive decisions. Scott is currently working at BB&T, now Truist, where he is developing the framework, practices, and dashboard to show the value and impact of the corporate university. |
