More and more often, L&D professionals are questioned on the value of their programs. It’s not because management doesn’t believe in the value of development. It’s because, unlike other departments, L&D has been unable to prove their solutions have a real impact on business performance. Before L&D can move forward as a trusted advisor, we have to fix learning measurement.

Let's figure it out together

By dialing into this webinar, you’ll learn…

  • Whether it’s possible to actually measure the impact of learning
  • How L&D can access better data
  • How much you can really do if your team doesn’t have a data scientist

This is not your ordinary webinar

In our new series, New answers to old L&D questions, we don't just talk at you for an hour. Instead, you'll get to have an interactive discussion with other L&D professionals who have the same challenges as you.
