Getting people up to speed when they join your organisation is one of the most business-critical roles that L&D needs to nail. It isn’t just about learning of course, but the experiences and resources L&D helps shape and create during those first days and weeks are becoming increasingly important. Especially with higher churn rates and the ongoing war for talent.

In this complementary webinar, David Perring of Fosway Group, Europe’s #1 HR industry analyst, explores how to tackle your onboarding programme. And Jasha Fletcher, Head of Learning Architecture and Design, BT, explains how they have harnessed digital learning to deliver onboarding with a difference. Discover:

  • Why the time is NOW to get this right
  • The 7 C’s of successful onboarding
  • The secrets of BT’s onboarding success
  • Real-world example of BT’s unique approach to onboarding
